Parents and ex-spouses may file a motion with the Court to enforce your order or decree of divorce. A person violating a court order for visitation or support may be held in contempt and ordered to pay the other party's attorney fees.
I have experience successfully getting opposing parties to make peace and follow the orders with and without court intervention.
