Estate Planning Packages
Basic Estate Package
$1,200.00 covers a will, financial and medical powers of attorney, directives regarding medical care and life support, designation of guardian in the event of incapacity, and other documents as desired.
Emergency Estate Planning Services
$2,000.00 covers the production of all documents in the basic estate package on an expedited timeline (within 1-2 days), plus we will come to you, if needed, so the documents can be signed in your home, a hospital, or anywhere else within Victoria and the surrounding counties.

Family Law Consultation and Typical Fees

Emergency consultations are available for those who have a more pressing need to meet with an attorney, if Court is already scheduled, or the circumstances require prompt action.
