In 2021, I appeared in courts across Texas representing some of the largest national banks and insurance companies. In 2022, I moved to Victoria, Texas to join the beloved Werner Law Group, and became the third attorney working on a docket of hundreds of family law and civil suits. During that time, The Werner Law Group was voted best Family Law Attorneys in 2023 and best Civil Law Attorneys in 2024 as published in the Victoria Advocate's "Best of the Best." As attorney in charge in over 140 cases and an associate on many others, I learned to appreciate the unique and convenient aspects of practicing law in our area, including options to resolve family law issues not available in other parts of the state. Today, I represent clients seeking strategic and thoughtful resolutions for their family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, enforcement, adoption, termination of parental rights, and CPS cases. I want to resolve your disputes and minimize the harm to sensitive family relationships on all sides. When necessary, I also work with clients to tell their story in a compelling way, convince the Court, and demonstrate the truth against the lies many unfortunately expect in today's family law courtrooms. Casey joined our firm as a seasoned paralegal with 18 years of experience and outstanding experience in family law. Casey serves as a second brain for the firm based on her vast experience handling the problems and providing solutions that work to resolve the toughest family law situations. Casey assists the firm to draft petitions, discovery, and orders. While she has no problem preparing the documents we need, she also has no problem providing the wisdom of her experience to help our clients and team make the best strategy for your case.

As a former CPA with years of experience at top firms including Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP and DLA Piper, Peggy knows how to develop a winning mathematical strategy, particularly in cases with substantial property and financial issues. He helped me get them back and then I was arrested for the same accusation. He isn’t a criminal lawyer but offered to help the lawyer they appointed to us. That lawyer didn’t care and told me that he didn’t want his help and hated these kinds of cases. In his eyes, I was guilty. Cole offered to continue helping me as my lawyer even though he didn’t have to. He did his very best and I am now home with my kids.
